Jones International Trading Company has acquired 20,000 square feet of land in Ghana, Africa, with the vision of constructing a 5-story business resource center coupled with affordable housing. This innovative center will serve as a hub for entrepreneurial development, offering a range of facilities and amenities to support budding business owners in their journey towards success.

The resource center will boast state-of-the-art classrooms designed to impart essential skills to aspiring entrepreneurs, empowering them to translate their talents into thriving online enterprises. Additionally, it will house a comprehensive resource library, a dedicated craft room equipped with essential software and machinery for product creation and packaging, a shipping room, a laundry facility, and a fully-equipped gym.

Furthermore, the center will provide private offices for individuals to conduct meetings or manage their online businesses effectively. A community garden will foster a sense of communal engagement and sustainability within the premises.

To accommodate the operational needs of the center and provide residential quarters for its staff, a two-bedroom residential area will be incorporated.
